New photo project!!

I saw this project from a great photographer friend of mine (who just so happened to also be my next door neighbor our freshman year of college :) and it got me motivated again.

It's so hard keeping up with everything right now, and sadly, the photography has taken a back seat, as well as this blog.  But this challenge got me excited again so I'm going to TRY to post to this daily through the month of February.

Fat Mum Slim has started a February photo challenge.  I haven't actually looked, but I'm pretty sure this isn't the first one she's done, it's just the first that I've seen.  Anyway, there's a list of things to photograph every day of the month, and someone that's as distracted as I am can use all the help I can get.  Here's the list:

I'm excited about this one!  This is easy, straightforward, and I'm guessing that most of mine will be taken with my iPhone...so no pressure there :)

Ok, here's Day 1.  My view of yesterday (when I took this) was of my view from my backyard porch.  It was such an absolutely lovely, warm day:

 And Day 2 (today) was Words.  I thought it appropriate considering all the excitement surrounding Indiana and the Super Bowl!
